Dr. Jeremy Parker was born and raised in South Mississippi. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. After completing Officer Development School, he was assigned as a general dentist to 2nd Dental Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group. He maintains an active reserve status as a dental officer to continue serving our country’s finest men and women.

Best dentist office ever. Dr. Parker is absolutely wonderful. He took so much time explaining what my problem was and how he planned to treat it. The hygienist was extremely good at her job and I was very comfortable with her. The office staff is sweet and accommodating. So glad I found them!

I was in need of a dentist who listened and took me seriously and I have found one in Dr. Parker. He is a very kind man who became very involved in my dental issues. I had to look no further once I was there. This office has an amazingly helpful staff as well. My new found hygienist, Ms. Reagan added her flair and knowledge in my cleaning. She is Awesom! I suggest paying them a visit. They will surprise you too when you feel like you’re part of their family. My thanks to everyone there.
My daughter and I have been going to Back Bay Dentistry for many years. Dr. Miner and Dr. Parker are both excellent dentists for adults and children. All of the staff is friendly and attentive. My hygienist Reagan is especially friendly, helpful, and can really rock her amazing scrub uniform!
As a person that has had history with busted out teeth, cavities, and such, I don’t like going to the dentist. For me it has always been like going to take a test that you know you will fail. With that said, I had my 3 front teeth pretty much busted out again by doing a face plant in the Mississippi mud when it was raining for a week during Christmas/New Years. (I am not from here) I read some reviews and thought “why not? Sounds ok”. When I went in for my appointment I was pleased with how polite the staff was. The doctor that fixed me up, Dr. Miner, is top notch and also had a very good “bedside manner”. I would recommend anyone to go see him and his staff because I know for sure that you will be taken care of. Btw, I had to pay $900, but it didn’t take very long and the end result was excellent. I don’t know how it will hold up, but I have faith in Dr. Miner’s work.

Man 2: Knowing that I can talk to him, tell him what’s on my mind, and he gives me honest answers and makes me feel like I’m part of this team, that’s important to me.
Man 3: I didn’t want the removable dentures. I didn’t want the snap-ins. I needed something a little more durable for a little way that I live. And as the final was done and I walked out, I was almost immediately told about I look good. It makes you feel good, people notice. And I’ve actually have several people notice how nice they look and how natural they look and such like that.

Man 4: You don’t pick your favorite sports team because of the owner. Dr. Parker put together a really good team, and that’s who you like. You like that favorite wide receiver. You like that favorite running back. That’s what I have. I have a hygienist. They get to know your family. They get to know what you do. And it’s just a welcoming experience when you come on and you want to cheer for that team.
Woman 3: Because I have had so much dental work, a lot of my clients are scared of the dentist, and they’re like, “How can you do that?” I think one of the things that helps here is how well they know you. You walk through the door, “How was your weekend? How’s your husband?” And they know everybody’s name.
Man 5: Talking to somebody just to get your focus off of that because a lot of times when you’re having anxiety, you’re focused on the anxiety. You can’t focus on anything else. And it just, to somebody just to sit there and chat with, that means a lot to me. I mean, it really does, you know.
Woman 4: I feel like once you’ve been here, you’ll be comfortable. You won’t have that anxiety.
