Man 1: We’re going to be the dental office that strives to provide each and every patient their unique experience that’s tailored to them in a way that benefits them and their overall dental health. We’re always looking to try to make dentistry easy. Our practice is built upon relationships, so I like to call it relationship dentistry. We try to get to know our patients. We wanna treat you like family, so we want you to be like family. And to be like family, we have to have a relationship with you.
Man 2: Knowing that I can talk to him, tell him what’s on my mind, and he gives me honest answers and makes me feel like I’m part of this team, that’s important to me.
Man 3: I didn’t want the removable dentures. I didn’t want the snap-ins. I needed something a little more durable for a little way that I live. And as the final was done and I walked out, I was almost immediately told about I look good. It makes you feel good, people notice. And I’ve actually have several people notice how nice they look and how natural they look and such like that.
Woman 1: I didn’t think it was that noticeable, but my 80-year-old mom, as soon as I went to visit her, “Oh, wow, your smile looks so nice and bright.” And I’m like, “Okay, thank you.”

Man 4: You don’t pick your favorite sports team because of the owner. Dr. Parker put together a really good team, and that’s who you like. You like that favorite wide receiver. You like that favorite running back. That’s what I have. I have a hygienist. They get to know your family. They get to know what you do. And it’s just a welcoming experience when you come on and you want to cheer for that team.
Woman 3: Because I have had so much dental work, a lot of my clients are scared of the dentist, and they’re like, “How can you do that?” I think one of the things that helps here is how well they know you. You walk through the door, “How was your weekend? How’s your husband?” And they know everybody’s name.
Man 5: Talking to somebody just to get your focus off of that because a lot of times when you’re having anxiety, you’re focused on the anxiety. You can’t focus on anything else. And it just, to somebody just to sit there and chat with, that means a lot to me. I mean, it really does, you know.
Woman 4: I feel like once you’ve been here, you’ll be comfortable. You won’t have that anxiety.
